"These dictionaries don't work well in Kindle devices, they are not as CDs or DVDs or downloadable dictionaries that work well in a PC. There is no cell to write the word one is looking for, so one has to go to the search cell, which gives as a result several pages of information that contain the word in question, but that are not the definition of the word. I wish Kindle evolved to become more as a computer when it comes to dictionaries."

SpanishEnglish/EnglishSpanish Pocket Legal Dictionary edition by James Nolan Reference eBooks Reviews
- As with most foreign language "dictionaries" -there isn't much space for flare or categorization of topics. I have worked and interpreted in the Criminal Justice System for approximately 11 years and I can confidently say that this book will help those who have already accomplished a level of fluency in Spanish. It is an excellent dictionary for non-native speakers who are already proficiently fluent in Spanish. That linguistic foundation must be established before the ability to use the vocabulary in this dictionary in its must appropriate manner and context.

There is no cell to write the word one is looking for, so one has to go to the search cell, which gives as a result several pages of information that contain the word in question, but that are not the definition of the word. - This pocket dictionary has proven useful. Occasionally its division into subject sections means I have to flip from one to another in an attempt to find the word I want. At times I wonder why it chooses to include certain terms but exclude others. For example, in the section on family law it includes the elementary words "birth" and "child," but not the legal term "child abuse." On the whole, though, it is a useful addition to the less expensive end of my library. I find that with this, The Interpreter's Companion and the old but trusty Diccionario de Terminos Legales, I can generally find what I want.
- I am a bilingual professional and this is such a great resource!!
- Did not help prepare for the court interpreting..
- I found it extremely helpful. I just wish the author did not section this off as much - at times it is not time efficient.
- Bad service I been changing devices very often and they don't release this dictionary to my new devices I'm not happy at all because they limited the license release after certain times even when I'm using the same account
- Bare-bones definitions for terms you just can't remember. Small enough to go in purse or pocket. Good value for the money.
